Problem solved. The mechanic didn't tighten the headset when he installed the fork. Thanks for all your input.

The MAC has no side to side play. The fork has a little play at the stem. I'll tighten that and try again!

I also have dual rev3 torque arms.

The axle nuts are very tight, and I used c washers in the lawyer lips. The old fork was a rigid chromoly, the new one is an RST Capa alloy suspension fork. Oh, and I added a disc brake with 160mm rotor. I'll check the head stem bearings. Thanks

Ykick, I'm worried that they are showing a pic of a 24" wheel with 3" tires (like they mention in the description). So my main concern is vertical clearance between the top of the tire and the bottom of the crown!

I just got an RST Capa with a 1" steerer for my old Bridgestone MB5 ebike, and ordered a BB7 with 200mm rotor. After ordering the 200mm rotor, I checked the RST website, and they say 160mm rotor max. What risk am I running if I use a 200mm rotor? Fork failure? Wheel coming out of dropout...
