the firmware can install in a apt96600

hi guys i have a problem with my apt 96600 i try to coneccte the driver to Eve manager but the apt never conect with the computer And the eve manger never pass to offline The apt is on and it have the led redand green on, i try to use different version of ev manager but anything of it work
