Be aware that the EMUS bms is distributed type setup rather than centralized, so you will also need cell monitor boards. The JTT is centralized, so you would only need to run wires to each cell. Check out this site that summarizes different bms options...

Does anyone else notice how small those wires coming out of the motor are? I also wonder what voltage is required to reach 20kW because I don't think pushing huge amounts of amps through those tiny wires is a great idea.
