Can anyone recommend a store in the Greater Toronto Area that can install a conversion kit?

Bionix comes with a safety device when turned on puts motor in the level 4 regenerative breaking mode. A thief either has to carry the bike away(pretty heavy) or be Lance Armstrong to ride it. Of course it's not a substitute for good locks, but at least it prevents thefts of opportunity.
