I had to switch the two middle wires on the throttle from EV tech to work with the Clite controller. His throttle would not work with the controller until this little bit was performed.
Try that and see if she lights up.

I got my new toy yesterday and took it out for a little ride. 25 miles today and didn't use a single Ah of batteries...
I'm planning a two week tour next month and I'm conditioning my batteries before I go... Legs need to get up to speed. Anyways.. thought I'd share...
Telly,
That is a great motor. I live in a very hilly area. Climbs great and with a little tweaking it can be made even better. The controller that they sell with the kit is for 36V only...trust me  Even at 36V's it climbs great though.
These motors make a little more noise than...
You have a great trailer!! I
have one and love it for doing my load hauling duties... I've loaded mine up with 90 lbs before and it still handles great.

I'm biased towards the BMC of course  One thing I really notice besides it climbing like a billy goat is that on my commute to work it just plain is more efficient than my old 408. With the 408 I use about 5.3 Ah's of juice and 3.9 Ah's with the BMC... Those kinds of differences...
That would be the Rotax if I remember correct...... In the VRod water cooled version.. maybe a few others. Don't forget the 10-25K dollars.. insurance and interest payments and all the blingy chrome you have to purchase and OH my... don't forget the CHAPS..
A good example would be last weekend. I rode my Ebike/not e motorcycle 84 miles one way using 9.2 Ah's x 48V's. This doesn't prove anything other than I can ride my Ebike without much boost or non if I so choose. Could have done a century under 10 ah's..
Here's the thing. I don't mind...
Safe..... I guess for you that may be true... but to say it's cheaper or even possible for some is just not the case. If I had to haul around lead I would not Ebike, period! I have the need and use my 48V 20 Ah ping pack that weighs 20lbs. I wish it weighed 10! If it was lead I...
