The hall sensor in the wheel. Thought, next a new throttle? Thoughts?

Having problems with the throttle on my XPN, just changed all of the hall senors and it still does not want to "catch", battery is good...could you please suggest what else I should be looking for to rectify this problem. I really need my wheels! Thanks!
