On my way home I disconnected and reconnected the hall sensor plug, no effect. I had taped in the connector, perfectly dry, no corosion. If it's water in the hub thats shorting a hall sensor, if the water is gone and it works again... Are there any ways to make it more water resistand? Water...

Update... I inverted the PAS sensor - sensor. Works in the right direction now.

You are right. But all problems are solved already. The limiting was the 3speed yellow tape connector. The PAS works now, I believe the PAS switch is for changing PAS mode. 1) PAS with manual throtle. 2) PAS with automatic throttle.

Under load, every speed the same power usage. With the simulator, even at 5kph and 100% it should give 220 watt. But at higher speeds up to 30kph, it should peak on 600 watt. But at 100% throtle at 30kph, stil only 220 watts. Max speed wihout paddling is around 22kph. Simulator is much higher...

Any good idea's on a small switch I can install in the controller to enable and disable the PAS for testing without having to open the controller every time? I was thinking of a magnetic contact, but I' am not sure if that affects the PIC or sensor input because of the magnetic field.

I think I found the problem. Crystalyte europe mailed me... " I see you ordered PAS V7, the V7 does not work with your controller, you need the V5. You can open the controller and unplug a 2pin plug to disable the PAS" I think thats it. I need to order a V5 or disable the PAS.
