I do not have access to a individual cell charger so I will discharge them individually with a resistor and some alligator clips to 3.6 then try charging them all together. Thanks!

Hi all! I just put together a 13s8p battery using new vruzend caps that is being used with a generic "1000 watt" DD kit. I used recycled Panasonic NCR18650a cells from user tumich on this forum. The cells arrived with voltages between 3.4 and 4.1, so when I assembled I made sure the difference...

Just another happy customer! My cells arrived in New York about 10 weeks after payment was sent. The NCR18650A cells are in great shape and had voltages between 3.5 and 4.1 with most around 3.8. Images are in the album below. http://imgur.com/a/FQCC5sM

Rear hubs allow space for cassettes so I don't think that would work well.
