Hi, Looks the same as mine. It is a flexible seal - I don't think it is threaded. I removed mine by pushing something sharpish (I used a bradle) between the outer edge and the metal, then hooked it out. Behind it is a locknut that you will need a special tool to remove. Good luck :)
