Hmm, Unfortunately I’m repairing it for a friend who would be using it with a Bosch system still so going aftermarket / stripping down the pack isn’t an option. I’ve read about a lockout chip on the PCB, would this completely disable the BMS?

Hi all, I was recently given a water damaged PowerPack 400 and I have replaced several chips on the PCB with no joy, the LED's on the pack do nothing and it doesn't seem to take a charge full stop. Does anybody have a spare BMS I could have / buy or does anybody know of a place I can purchase...
