Hi, I have the same issue. If you keep the stock equipment, it's loud but has high torque, low speed. Mine does 17mph. Takes off like a rocket. Sounds like a whining woman. :lol: If you get a brushless, it's quieter, less torque, higher speed, no cruise control. Take your pick.
