Check out the Lagrange L1 at redrockboardshop.com. I have heard nothing but good things and am on the verge of buying it. I also think they have a partnership or something with bustin boards (not 100% sure about that).
I watched the USA today interview with one of the creators. He said you activate the motor with a foot pad attached to the strap. I guess it is on or off. Maybe you can vary the speed through less or more foot pressure.
