Anyone have experience swapping tires on the 17 inch moto kit? Got a set of heidenau k66 tires that I want to put on. Local shop said they couldn’t get the rear one to “bead up”. Should I try another shop? Definitely not something I can do by hand :lol:

CHI battery says they are posting a newer version of the battery this coming week. Very excited to see what they mean. Definitely gonna pick one up.

I’m guessing it’s pouch cells. Same way they can fit nearly 52ah in almost the same size as the stock battery.

Does anyone sell battery cases that are a tiny bit taller? I’ve got my 72v battery pretty much done, but this case for the original one doesn’t quite fit. I know I can raise the lid on the bike up to fit a larger case... but I’m struggling to figure out how to fabricate one. Ideas? Vendors?

Define hot... summers here are almost always 105 f (40 c) lol I’ve been running mine at 100A for a few months with my nucular, hasn’t burnt up YET. Running this hot and this hard should degrade the battery faster, right?
