so looking to use a kWeld to do either Nickel Plated copper or just straight copper to batteries (tba which option)
somewhere between the 0.1 to 0.25mm mark. though i suspect 0.25mm will be impossible without nickel plating + a channel cut.
what power source would you recommend? currently...
We're likely using specifically designed laser cut copper sheets with inbuilt fusing. The application this is for requires fusible links.
I suspect one of those three welders can do it, I'm just curious to see who has used what.
For comparison this pack will be about 600V/150A
Looking at building a new battery bank and acquiring a spot welder for it.
due to material availability I'm looking at using copper between 0.1mm to 0.2mm in thickness potentially electroplated as per this post
it seems that using non copper electrodes is the best way to go?
