I think the main issues is the width of engagement with the splines. Both shafts have have driving surface of 6 splines x 1.5mm high x sprocket width. Those that are putting 520 sprockets on these, I think will run into problems as the width is only 6mm vs 7.2mm for a 428 sprocket. I plan on...

I agree, my 70 has a Kv of 60 and this corresponds to the nuc controller reading of 300eKv for a 5 pole motor. The 2kw qs 120 only has a Kv of around 38. Was hoping the 90h may of been less then the 70, but looks likes it could be much higher.
