Hi all, I have a problem with my 13s5p battery. One week ago the battery fell to the ground (it was not correctly mounted on the frame) and now, when I try to charge it, the maximum voltage it reaches is 49,7 v (more or less). Do you have any idea what is happening? Thank you all in advance...
