Unfortunately you cannot update with the mobile app (the SW102 overrides anything you do with the app). Just to update: I have a new SW102, its fitted and working. I tried both the old SW102 after using the new one to change wheel size, and both were stuck on 29" still. The new one has a FW...

Just to update: CYC (direct) are really helpful and I have been impressed by the service. Obviously diagnosing/fixing this is made more difficult by being remote. Looks like a new SW102 might be the fix.

I have a CYC Photon (and SW102), and it is stuck on 29" wheel size (I'd like 26"). For some reason the wheel size has to be made in the SW102, and not in the app. This is the second time this has happened to my setup (1st was fixed with a new SW102 for a bit). CYC looking into it, but no fix so...

I also have this issue. I have had one new SW102 (fixed the issue temporarily), but it happened again. I wonder how many people have this issue? No fix so far, but CYC looking into it.
