As to the OP, I looked at the Prodeco Tech Phantom 400, since you had mentioned that the hub motor felt unrideable to you without battery. Just like I thought, that rear hub motor looks like the older style huge diameter hub. Probably heavy, doesn't look like something I'd want to pedal...
