ok im not going to get a refund so i need to figure out whats wrong with the pack i have now.....i cant find out whats draining it when it sits for awhile..can someone walk me through the steps of checking it to dismantaling the pack and finding the problem thanks.......extreme newbie here...

lololol.....my charger blew the first minute i plugged it in too.....had to wait to get a new one only to find that my battery was POS too..

i bought a battery from Vpower (24v 20amp).......the battery never seems to heat up or the BMS.....even when i keep it on the charger for 24 hrs....right after taking the battery off the charger i get a reading of 30v and from that point on i lose voltage without even using it...it will go back...
