Nothing for now ... Battery pack is still on my bench.. All cells are balanced.. Not perfectly but in 30mv range as chinese manufacturer promised. As i plan to charge to 4.1v per cell that means at worst case scenario lowest cell would be 4.08v and highest would be 4.11v , thats good enough for...

I finaly got it asembled and working at the moment in my new battery pack.. Doing some basic test and then i will wrap it up and put in my bike.. For now everything looks good. Im waiting for pack to get fully charged so i can see if it will balance that first group of cells that i purposely...

I think it is 80ma but i will check with the manufacturer. Should be perfectly fine since the battery pack is brand new and balancing starts already at 4v.

Im in process of contacting few of chinese companies similar to besttechpower . They ofer MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 1 and they are also willing to do customized BMS units for me... So i think im gonna look up what are my options.. There is an store on alibaba web site that can make custom...

Well i dont beleve those cheapo bms units from Aliexpress and ebay... I think i found soulutions.. There is a web site dedicated to bms , similar as besttech.. They also offer BMS units with bluetooth module or USB module for programing.. Found them acidently on alibaba.. Cant wait to get answer...

I am already member of that forum and geting help is no problem on that forum.. Problem is getting all that e bike stuff that i need... Shipping from croatia to serbia is something like 20-25 euros... And shipping from china to serbia is close to free...Which is funny cause croatia is like next...

Done. But that will hardly help... In my country anything related to electric vehicles is very poorly developed... And shipping from some neighbours country near me is more expensive then shipping from china :cry:

Guys i need some advice on this one. All parts needed for my new battery pack are ordered , cells (Panasonic NCR18650PF) will be picked up next week.. The only thing left to get is BMS or something that can manage my balancing as i dont need low voltage cut...Going for 18S7P or at least 16S8P...
