Hi Your overheating problem may well be the size and weight of your rear tyre, and is that also a heavy duty rim and spokes ? 24 fet might be the answer. :bolt:

1.1volts going into the 5 volt regulator.

No obvious shorts on the board or in the wiring. ?

Thanks Tomcat Ive disconnected throttle , motor etc still only 1.0v When I get home ill check for any shorts near the board . I don't think there are but ill double check anyway. cheers
