    Hi Mushymelon and tahustvedt Thanks for the advice, that would seem a way to go, but like you say, It will be a non reversible one. What about extending the crankshaft or using the one that's currently on the bike? Is the crankshaft and chainwheel fixed together, or am I able to adapt another...
