    ok, i checked the batteries and they're good - 38.99v. the wires inside the bag looked ok, but should probably be cut and reconnected with more heat shrink as i did see some copper. oh yea, my charger is not even 2 amp. it is only 1 amp, which i guess just means it charges slower? or maybe...
