Just received photos of my EX bike ordered in April through "Frey is with you" program. When it will be shipped is still unknown.

Nice bike, hope you receive it soon! I am also expecting a dark blue EX ordered with the same program. Did Frey give you an estimate of the shipping date?

Thanks for your input. I used to receive responses within a day through Alibaba messaging until October, but this has changed in the last 15 days. Unfortunatelly I do not thing that the languge is the problem here...

The most frustrating part currently is the luck of communication from Frey regarding the state of the production of the bike and the shipping options after 7 months since the order was made. At the moment I am seriously considering cancelling the order and appliying for a refund.. :|

Thanks for the advice, good luck with having Frey compensate you for the tax bill. If Frey wants to retain their good reputation they should offer another reliable shipping method, covering all the custom costs.
