New TSDZ2 Open Source firmware with Bluetooth interface

Thank you for the input. No load on the pedal reads 8 pedal torque, full weight reads 150. So seems to work fine. Do you see any other abnormality in my data readings? I'll start disassembling again next week, and will post updates here.

New TSDZ2 Open Source firmware with Bluetooth interface

I've been happily riding my TSDZ2 with thuis firmware untill I recently had damaged torque sensor wires (common issue). So I fixed this and reassembled, now my ebike won't enable support when I press the pedals. To me this looks like a faulty wire or sensor, but I'm confused cause I have sensor...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Thank you guys, this explains everything. I'm positive it's flashed now, and will go for a test ride. Because of the Forks the readme and links are a bit confusing. The wiki you referenced is helpful! Time to give it a test :D

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I just tried to flash my TSDZ2 (VLCD5), using the java configurator. I pulled the master branch (based on v20.1C.2), and followed the manual. but how can I confirm the flashing was successful, or debug a failed flash? There is no need to flash the VLCD5 right? I think the flash failed: When I...

TSDZ2 36v: screen shows low battery

I just bought a secondhand TSDZ2 36V (250w) stock. My battery is 41.7 V when fully charged. My battery is 35.8 V when fully discharged by riding my bike. My tsdz2 display shows that my battery is emptying quickly, and it gives me less support when It thinks the battery is low/empty. But I...
