Took bulb out to take to town for a replacement....to get correct bulb....tested scooter and no problem using brakes with NO bulb in socket and motor would restart with each twist of the throttle. Bulb tests ok, but getting new in case internally shorted. Will post update.

30 each, 120 watts total. Trace (Xantrex now) c-40 charge controller. Has not been plugged into AC through charger since 2008.
