Just got my kit! Excited to build.
Are the brake levers standard-reach (road brakes, cantis, or avid road discs) or long-reach (linear-pull or mountain disc)?
What are people doing re:brakes right now? Is the cutoff useful to have?
Has anybody ridden one of these in comparison with a Bosch 350w/ 45kmh model?
In general, what would you say the top speed pedaling a decent amount is?
Interesting....http://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/electric-bicycles/14011-bosch-tuning-dongles-arrived-today-50kph-cut-off-9.html
Supposedly installing this lets you take the 250's up to 26mph stock, maybe 30 with pedaling and a bigger front chainring.
Where in the US could I find somebody who could do builds of this quality?

Stealthy, lightweight, and great looking. I contacted Nader himself but his bikes/services aren't for sale.
Is there a list somewhere of reputable custom ebike builders? I'm not looking for someone to just install a hub motor– more interested in mid-drives, stealth battery placements, etc.
