    Perhaps motor set a bit noisier with 20S controller due to higher rpm than with 16S. First 20S controller should have an advantage over the 16S being more efficient, as always with higher voltage and lower amps. Cyc promise to update 20S display in a future.

    Another reason of the similar torque values of X1 and BBSHD could be that BBSHD torque is not correct. I think 160 N-M for 1KW motor is overestimated for sure. In other words, it's 64kg of downforce on a 30.5cm lever. X1 should be more than twice powerfull against the stock BBSHD in side-by-side...

    As you say it should have a bit more peak torque but more than twice of current consumption. Does it mean X1-Pro is not as efficient as BBSHD which can output the same torque with 30amps of current? Or perhaps X1 peak torque achieved only at 3KW power consumption with very high rpm at cranks...

    We can't be sure for smd caps. 63V is a standard rating voltage for them, while 80V isn't. Smd transistors, diodes should be rated 90V or higher.
