    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Hello I'm experiencing the same issue. I flashed the motor with an older version of the configurator with success. Then I updated the configurator to the "update 3" version and now getting the cleaning failed error. How did you fix yours?

    tsdz2 OSF throttle not working

I probably just need to step away from this thing for a while. I feel like a dumb shit but part of the problem was that I didn't have the throttle and brake sensor cables snapped into place like I thought I did. So I made sure they were fully seated and reflashed the 48v controller, the display...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Is there any way to undo OSF 20.1c.2 and put it back to factory settings after flashing it with the configurator? I may have wrecked two controllers trying to install the OSF, and possibly a display (I know I'm sure I'm the ONLY one this has ever happened to)

    tsdz2 OSF throttle not working

Well things have gone from bad to worse. I swapped in a brand new 36v 8pin controller and flashed it with the OSF. Throttle still didn't work and now it reads only one bar on the battery monitor (the battery is at 42v), no wheel speed and reads no other parameters when the light button is...

    860c OSF programming help

Yeah I did. Tried it several times, with RX and TX wires swapped and restarting the program, and restarting the display. Dave over at eco-cycles said they will program it for me free of charge!

    tsdz2 OSF throttle not working

Yes throttle in the center, brake sensors on the outside. Bit of a pain to get snapped into place.

    860c OSF programming help

I tried that several times. No matter what I do, it hangs on "waiting" indefinitely and the TX continues to count up while the RX stays at 0 counts (I have no idea what either of those values mean)

    860c OSF programming help

It's an 860c display like the title says, 850c was a typo.

    860c OSF programming help

Hello, I'm trying to program my 850c display with V20.1c.4 to match my motor that I just got done flashing. I followed the instructions on the eco-cycles site but it's not working for me. I made my own adapter and wired it according to the pictures. Is the attached diagram correct, TX to RX and...

    tsdz2 OSF throttle not working

It's a mixed bag of parts. I just thought any 8 pin controller would work since we're flashing it anyway. I happen to have another 36v 8pin controller that I might try.

Cyc x1 pro and stealth gen 3 announced

It looks like the controller on the stealth hangs quite low for off road riding though. I think I would trash it in one ride with all the rocks here in Colorado. On the other hand, the X1 Pro looks to have the controller tucked up in there quite nicely.

    tsdz2 OSF throttle not working

I flashed the motor again with the temporary settings. My display only shows MPH when I push the lights button, nothing changes when I push the throttle. It's all brand new, controller, display, throttle, brake levers, everything. Only conclusion I can come to is that the combination of...

    tsdz2 OSF throttle not working

How would I check the throttle output voltage? Yes, the motor works correctly in PAS mode.

    tsdz2 OSF throttle not working

I have flashed my motor with the OSF for VLCD5 and can't figure out how to get the throttle working. I have a 48v motor with 36v battery, does anyone see any reason why it shouldn't be working? Thanks!

    'lightest.bike' 1.7kg 1000w mid drive

Do you have to use the supplied crankset or can you use your own? I'd rather have the ISIS interface for mountain riding.

    Tongsheng tsdz2 clearances

Hello all. I apologize if this has already been answered. I need to know the maximum thickness (gap between the motor and the bottom bracket). My donor bike has cables running under the bottom bracket and I need about 10mm clearance for the thickness of the BB shell and the diameter of the...

    Cassette chainline rework

I ended up using 6 of the lowest cogs from a Sram 10 sp cassette I had laying around and a OneUp 42t extender cog for a total of 7 speeds. Only had to space it out about 6mm to achieve a perfect chain line with the Luna mighty mini ring. I did have to use a derailleur extender, found it on eBay...

    Bafang bbs02 speed sensor

It's not the cable length that's a problem, it's the actual mount. My fat bike has a 197mm rear dropout so that means the chain stays are too far from the spokes for the sensor to reach. I have engineered something that should work well though. Thanks for the input.

    Bafang bbs02 speed sensor

Does anyone know if the wheel speed sensor is a requirement for PAS only? This is proving to be the biggest headache of the entire install because the chain stay is so far away from the spokes on my fat bike. I have to figure out some way to extend the magnetic pickup another inch to reach the...

    Lekkie BBS02 crank arms

Hey all Building my BBS02 100mm fat bike and ordered the Lekkie buzz bars at the same time. While they are great looking pieces and the offset perfect, I'm bummed that I can't use the red caps that come with them. The BBS02 uses a stud and nut system rather than a low profile bolt to hold the...

    Cassette chainline rework

I found a 10 speed XT (I think) cassette in my spares bin that I can mod to suit my needs pretty easily. Found quite a selection of cassette spacers on eBay that should make for a tidy modification. Will post some pictures when I get it all set up. :thumb:

    Cassette chainline rework

I already have a 10 speed shifter so preferable to get a 10 sp cassette. Problem is I can't find one that the two larger gears aren't riveted to a central spider. The only thing I've found is a 9 speed Sunrace CSM98 that all of the gears can be separated. I'm riding mountainous terrain in...

    Cassette chainline rework

Hi all. I have just ordered a BBS02 and a Luna mighty mini ring that will go on my fat bike with 100mm BB and 197 rear hub spacing. From what I have been researching, the mighty mini ring is going to put my chain line way out of whack. My bike will be used for singletrack riding mostly in the...
