    new tsdz8 pswpower

Looking forward for some more info after couple of more rides. Like power delivery smoothness, overheating, bearing quality etc. - just to compare with smaller but older brother TSDZ2

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

need to replace failed FETs on 12FET Kunteng: the original one is STP110N7F6: STMicroelectronics STP110N7F6 Which of the perimeters should be identical for proper operation under OSF?

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

So the test were succesfull. I have fine tuned my invention wich is effort mode that actually is evolution of torque override/hibryd mode but about that some other day later .. :) (need graphs etc.) . The front wheel can experience some skid but it is very short and easy to control. Actually...

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

So i have increased phase current to the target values (2,5 x battery current), i have also changed SDCC from 4.0 to 4.1 version. Now it works on the stand. Today road test..

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

I am working on new conversion. The brake activation does not help or help on random basis. I have changed displayed perimeters to see the statuses and it shows 140 that is phase current limiting - 128 + 8 + 4. After weekend i will flash higher values and report if it helps.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Ok, thanks for confirming my understanding, can we say that eMTB mode somehow compensate that characteristics, ..i guess?

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

There was a procedure to get fully linear torques sensor response: How to calibrate the torque sensor however with the current firmware it does not seem to be supported any more as after calculations the characteristics is still non-linear: is this the correct statement?

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

So what you mean is that it is safe to flash this replacement MCU version?

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

The situation is that torque signal is trying to pull it to 1,5V idle but its cannot overcome existing on this pin power supply. You actually need to desolder the pull-up resistor that is connecting X4 to 5V supply. So X4 when disconnected from torque signal should show Perfect 0V. Hope you...

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

Found the same MCU on KT36/48SVPRM-EP01X1 , in addition the white motor wire (speed / temperature sensor) is connected to X5 pin instead of X4. I will try to find proper controller with original STI MCU. Otherwise could it be the end of KT OSF flashing - hope not. Hovewer Lishui controllers...

    'lightest.bike' 1.7kg 1000w mid drive

Actually hub motor ( gear ones little less but still anyway) are overheating when going uphill at low speed. So even 55Nm on hub drive is not equivalent to mid-drive unit that is able to keep optimal rpm and not overheat. But of course when doing mostly city and tour rides at morderate grade is...

Indeed those pictures are very low resolution. BTW the English manual is now at Rev.10 with much improved bottom bracket information and motor chainline calculation .

So i asked for PIN to Bikee and it is working now. Today afternoon first test rides.

    'lightest.bike' 1.7kg 1000w mid drive

My understanding is that the PIN you enter in the App should be the same as the one set on the motor. Bu we actually dont have the motor PIN

this is how get the proper setup of bearings and washers for square tapper 73mm BSA BB: so as you see the most external bearing is actually alligned with the external edge of the bracket, then i substracted one washer (on picture are 3x washers but it should be 2x) so the cup could fully press...

Just got the reply from Bikee on drive pinion resistance that it should run-in during first 100 to 200 km, after that the resistance should reduce

So the drag could be standard for this motor , but then is the drag stable or jerky like mine?. I have ordered motor only, no battery.

    'lightest.bike' 1.7kg 1000w mid drive

I have received my kit on Friday, does everyone experience the same dragging of drive pinion when rotating forward (like pedalling with no motor engagement) ?: below are remaining photos of the kit (with superhero pack) : power connector (attached) and black LCD connector (seems very unusual)...

    'lightest.bike' 1.7kg 1000w mid drive

My motor should get delivered tomorrow.. Is anyone is using Superhero pack? I wonder if the settings made are stored in the motor so i can setup it once and disconnect the mobile?

Anyone know about/tried TOSEVEN Mid Drive?

Actually my experience is opposite. The PAS systems are good only when you have steady load. Offroad rides are not those. The trick is that you need to modulate the power on wheel and actually doing this by reading your effort with torque and cadense sensor is the best to provide still like...
