    Battery amp or phase amp?

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask you something, when it comes to Amps what do you mean, battery amps, or phase amp? For example, i set my lyen controller at 60 battery amp and 150 phase amp, and for me the "Amp setting" is 60 and not 150... Is correct, or you when you speak of maximum current...

Max power output for 9C 6X10?

john 6X10 is slow wind motor (high torque), at 80V 80A in a 26" wheel i make 55 kmh, i have a Lyen 12 fet, and no big hills, in fact after a full run (25km) the motor is hot, but the controller is COLD :)

Max power output for 9C 6X10?

Unfortunately I chose the 8X8 version but the seller made a mistake and sent me the 6X10 Ok thanks very much boys :) We'll see how it will behave in off-road!

Max power output for 9C 6X10?

I believe that the configuration of the hall\phase is correct, because the current at no load is 1.08 amp ... I believe is my sensation (no power) because my other bike with 5304 with the same voltage\current setup, is moooooooore powerful of 9C 6X10...

Max power output for 9C 6X10?

No drilling, i want use the bike in off-road condition, and with the hole in the cover, is not good

Max power output for 9C 6X10?

I thought the 9C could withstand higher power, my 5304 has a huge torque at 80v 80a and does not heat :)

Max power output for 9C 6X10?

Thanks Dogman i understand, i suppose max temp of external cover is ok at 140F? I can measure external more quickly :)

Max power output for 9C 6X10?

Hallo boys, i have a question, i try my 9C 6X10 at 80V 80A with my Lyen 12 fet controller (very good controller), but the motor get hot in few start\stop,the temperature is 60C, and the power is not comparable to my 5304, the 5304 is mooooore powerful than 9C, much torque, much speed, much...

    Amp VS Volts

Thanks boys, i try the two setup system, in the first step i try 20S and much amp, and after i try 30S with lower amp... So I decide which to use :) @farfle 125 amp side battery or phase amp?

    Amp VS Volts

That was my question, my goal was to 70kmh and have lots of torque. So I probably should create these 6kw to 20S and not 30S? My controller is equipped with 18 FETs 4115 by 150Volts

    Amp VS Volts

Thanks boys, 30S, because i have already a 6 pack of Turnigy nanotech 90C 5S, and i could wire in parallel for 60V or in serial for 111 volts :) 6Kw because at this time i ride at 4500W and i like the power...hehe Thanks very much to all

Thanks very much boys!! I go for 30S lipo and 50 ampere settings controller :)

    Amp VS Volts

Hallo boys, i have a question, if i want a 6Kw output of my crystalyte 5304, is better create this power with more volts or more amp? Example: 60Volt X 100Amp= 6KW or 111 volts x 54 amp= 6KW I know the volts increase the speed, but i don't know if the amp increase the torque... In the end 6 kw...

    Remove the shunt!

Ok boys.... Tonight i try the controller, the bike is uncontrollable!!! Wheelie at 40kmh, burnout ecc... At the end the torque arm deformed and the axle of the motor exit from the chassis, the wheel locked and the controller BOOM BOOM BOOM, 3 mos exploded :) Fun, the only damage is 30$ controller ;)

    Remove the shunt!

Hello everyone, I have a question, until now I have changed my welding controller shunt to increase current. Now I removed completely replacing the shunt with a copper bar. Obviously the power has increased greatly, the controller has risen to 45C What happens by removing the shunt? Just keep in...
