    13-14 gauge Sapim spokes with brass washers on Alex DM24 rim. Was going to drill hub but decided at last minute to use washers. I was surprised at how easy it was to build wheel. 300 Km on the bike now and spokes still good tension.

    Here is my e bike as it stands so far. It has a Mxus 3k 5t motor. I chose the 5t because I have some steep 15% hills to climb. The battery is 13s7p made of recycled Tesla cells from ES member Okashira. It has a S12SN 40 amp controller and LCD3 display from BMS Battery.

    Skip Aliexpress and buy straight from Mxus on Alibaba for half the price. Ignore the minimum order quantity. They will send one. They were very easy to deal with.

    At 45 amps you would be drawing 11.25 amps from each cell in that pack. I would suggest you read up on how those cells perform with that kind of load.

    Don't let the battery display in upper right hand corner distract you. That doesn't refresh till bike has been rolling under power. If you press the center button twice after display is on it will show voltage at bottom of screen.

    Was going to recommend Lunacycle's 52v charger but they seem to be out of stock at this time. You might get a faster answer to your question about the Satiator charger through Lunacycle.

    I went with the Holy Rollers as well. Have yet to try them.I will be mostly on pavement but have to move onto loose gravel shoulders frequently.Read many reviews and these seemed to be the best choice.

    Try the simulator at : http://www.ebikes.ca/tools/simulator.html Figure out what the steepest grade you want to climb is and use that. I would try using a lower voltage like 48 volts.

    I think it is the 4504. Your battery BMS may limit amps available to the controller and may also not last long on that system.
