    I thought so too, so I did this: "To eliminate temperature issues I once used 2Ah, parked the bike outside for 5 hours, then resumed. It pulled exactly 18A."

    Controller = Magic Pie 3 internal controller. I bought the Pie from BMSBattery.com I thought the battery was the problem too, but the Hobby King batteries should be dead solid, and should deliver 10 times what I'm asking from them. Still they give the same characteristic.
