    Are you sure there is a brake connector option? The brake connector is on another cable. I know there is a front light connector option.

    Because the display starts sending can messages before there is voltage on the VCC terminal. The only way to do this is to take voltage from the P+ terminal.

    Because BESST does not need power supply, the display instead needs power supply, so the voltage is not put at 0V but at 2.2V

    Check the cable better, in the BMS connector there should be CH, CL and GND.

    In my opinion, what you call the brake connector is the battery BMS connector. The brake connector is not in that cable.

    From what I could see, the P+ terminal that you call ctrl, is the same that is used to power the display, its voltate never drops below 2,2V. The VCC terminal, has voltage only after switching on and I think it serves to power the usb socket.

    Where did you get this wiring diagram? In M500/M600 system the brake cable is separated from the display/throttle/BMS/front light cable.

    We only have to look at the messages starting with 03 which are what the display sends. It seems to me that these messages are all documented. We could write how the startup and shutdown procedure happens.

    The 5V is in the throttle cable, not the display cable, and I don't know if that's enough to power a display. With the TSDZ2 have you ever tried to use the 5V throttle?

    The gear sensor is the same as the BBS but with a different connector. I tried it with the first firmware and it didn't work, I finally plugged it into the brake connector.
