    Can't get BMS alarm to stop going off

    I made a 29s2p Headway 38120S battery pack. The BMS is a capacitive balance type. Everything is brand new. As soon as I hook everything up the alarm goes off. The pack voltage is at 95.3 .     5304 vibration

    I mounted up my 5304 motor to the bike for a test run tonight and noticed a good sized vibration at very low speeds. It happens around 5 mph or less with no power to the motor. As soon as I touch the throttle it goes away. Any ideas? Normal?
