    Controller overheating?

    Can a controller overheat and make it seem like the LVC on the BMS has kicked in? I ride with an OLD worn out 51.2v LiFePo4 pack and when it hits LVC, I switch to the 12s Lipo, but it cuts out quick if I've been riding. If I start out on the Lipo, the bike runs fine. Any thoughts?

    Maximum input voltage

    Does anyone know what the maximum input voltage for a 15 FET 48v 1000w (33A max) "Standard" non-regen controller that's commonly supplied in golden motor kits? I'm wanting to switch to Lipo batts, but I'm wondering what the max cell count to use. Here's a picture below:

    BROKE SPOKE help please GM HBS-48V 1000W

    The bike shop stripped a spoke on my HBS-48V 1000W Golden Motor wheel while trying to dish the wheel over to the center of the frame. What size and Where can I find a replacement? Any help is GREAATLY appreciated. --Leo
