    My 1000w 48v e-scooter runs slow

    Got my e-scooter today, a mach1 1000w 48v. Listed topspeed of this scooter is 43km/h. Mine did bearly 30km/h and I am not super heavy, 80kg. Range was 12km and i got Panasonic 16ah fully charged. Listed range 35km. What could be the problem? Please help me!
