    new razor scooter

    Got the scooter yesterday. Put turn signals, headlight, horn, and brake lights on scooter today. Need insurance on it says the City of Belle in Missouri. Need to have a registration sticker that cost $15 from Belle. Need a orange flag or slow moving vehicle sign. I thought these were toy items...
