@ ZapPat: I am quite sure that "Tolerance(V)" is a delta voltage. After a low voltage cut off the input voltage needs to rise the programmed "Tolerance(V)" over the low voltage level to turn the controller on again. One time I have programmed the "Tolerance(V)" to 1V and as my battery voltage...

1000 Watt inverter to charge E-bike

    The first two digits are the first two significant digits of the value and the third digit is the power of ten (the number of zeroes). For example: 334 = 33 × 10,000 ohms = 330 kilohms 222 = 22 × 100 ohms = 2.2 kilohms 473 = 47 × 1,000 ohms = 47 kilohms 105 = 10 × 100,000...

I use EBS+ too. You need just added a NPN transistor (Q6) and then it works fine. I used a SC2240 I had in my stock. But on this one I had to adapt the pining.

@ Steveo and Mike1 For regen at a higher voltage then 75 you need to make the LVC mod on R12. I have lowered R12 from 1.2K to 960R. This means the real voltage is the programmed voltage +25%. So 75V max regen voltage is now 94V. See the last lines on my post and the right upper corner of the...

Hi Guys Some updates. This is the 2nd issue of the schematic of the voltage regulator parts. This are the first results of my tests: I have tested the controller at 50V and at 75V. The first screenshot is at 50V battery, no throttle and no hall-sensors connected, motor at no speed. Channel 1 is...

Good to hear your controller is working again. Now we are sure of the short circuit between Vcc and 5V, I recommend changing the 25V electrolytic capacitor for safety reasons. @Knuckles Thanks for your comments on my schematic. I will check the added resistors, as soon as I have the PCB on my...

Hy Doc, don't give up! :!: :!: :!: You are the technology leader here. 8) If you have the equipment at your job, just change the uC. You can test controller by supplying 14V to the input of the 7805. If you are using a current limit of 50mA on your lab power supply there should blow...

Do you have had 1A on Vcc-L (Logic) or for both, Vcc and Vcc-L? If you have had 1A on the Vcc-L you must have an error at or before the series resistors, otherwise they would limit the current anyway. You have considered the polarity of the new capacitors, right? May be you have blown...

Hi guys, attached you can find the schematic of the voltage regulator part. Please, just have a look before talking about adding a switching voltage regulator. This solution is different to them I have seen before. The new solution is using two series resistors in parallel to get the voltage...

I am reading here since months and I love this forum. Now I decided to be an active part of endless-sphere and write some posts. The 3 SMD 1Kohm resistors are not dimensioned for 100V. If you have 100V on the input heat dissipation is (100V-12V)^2/3000Ohm=2,6Watt which means 0,9Watt each...
