    Aluminum VS steel frame construction, a discussion

    aluminium frame is ligh and more rigid. steel is more comfortable and safe. aluminium can snap more quickly steel bent before snap. if you plan to make a custom frame aluminium is for expert with very good tool and ability and you need to make heat treatment to your aluminium.

    not yet, only paint the mold just to see what it look like. on the picture the bike look like big i work now on another frame setup to retreice 3 1/4inch on the belly bike and use 60v50ah batterie pack.

    ok for the cell its on osn power but its not the good one. its only the 3.2v10AH 30c at 27$ each and no bms or 3.2v 50Ah for 64$ each but can not do 30C. So...im screw. if somebody can have cellpack 80v with high c discharge i take it.

    hi doc, like you know im a dumb electro peewee man :-) wire lot of thats stuff make me just a little scary. i dont want burn the house to the ground if i do some mistake. for my 95.6 km/ hrs i do that at 4:00 at the morning when i came back to the job. fall pitchblack night on a rainny road...
