    12 kw rc motor

If the max. voltage for the esc is 60V you can only use a 48V LiPo pack iirc. What's the limiting factor? Caps or the FETs? I'm an electronic engineer...maybe I can help out somehow. Anyways, the plan for me is to use a 24s LiFePO4 pack.

    12 kw rc motor

Looking good...buuuuttt: what's the maximum voltage for this esc? I'll run the motor (in WYE configuration) with a 72V LiFePO4 pack. Can the controller handle this? A Kelly controller is a bit expensive and I don't need all those fancy programmable things...any other options? A small question...

    12 kw rc motor

I agree that a fair bit of shaft length on both sides would be very nice. I don't think it adds much to the production costs and it will save some people a lot of trouble. All wires outside would be great. The more options for us to choose, the better! Thanks for the efforts! This seems to...

    12 kw rc motor

I'm certainly in for 1 if it's possible to convert this motor from DELTA to WYE (if it's wired in DELTA by default). My goal is to use this motor to power a paraglider prop of 48". Around 45kv would be ideal for this. Anyone knows if it's possible to convert any outrunner from delta to wye? And...
