    I guess that 21wheels was who I bought the EL Chopper book by John Bidwell of Bidwell designs from. Found the book and it doesn't mention 21Wheels at all. Anyway, case closed.

    From what I've been told, one batch of Rumbles have been delivered and a second batch is going out soon. Hopefully we will start hearing rider reports soon.
