I think you will sell lots of these! ....with a few tweaks.
Your primary belt tensioner design looks good. A controller enclosure with bashguard added upfront would balance the design and help set you apart.
If you can't meet the pedalling cadence a THUN bb wont work...and could you imagine...

My jackshaft has twisted in half.
I don't think this is very common. I'm running the chain primary @48v / 35a and have put more than 5000 entertaining km on it. Can someone suggest a supplier for a direct replacement jackshaft axel?
