    Attached screenshots where you can read your answers :) x-axis is time, I zeroed it when kart starts to move aprox. In youtube video I could do it more percise because I used there racerender where you can go frame per frame and adjust your data to video.

    Gear Ratio can't remember anymore, 15/40 I think it was. But you can get it from exel when you devide speed with rpm and take account kart tire size. But what do you mean BA and PA? I found one old excel sheet for that time where I plotted some graphs, attaching it here :)

    Have you weighted your stuff? 1. motor with mount 2. controller with mount 3. battery + batterymount If you are building a very light build then you should use aluminium and not steel for mounts :)

    Yes, there will be more sag under load, but with 21700 bruto will be 56Ah and with lipo I have 35Ah. As you can see in the picture my lipo was 116v when started and 104v when finished, so 10V difference. For the same 28Ah 21700 will be around 50% left and lipos were only 20% left. So I think...

    Installed 4pcs of extra 7s2p 21700-s and will test on wednesday at the track. Will charge these to 4,2v each separately and also lipo back to 4,2v. So connecting these xt90 connections is safe :)

    And real word test confirms that 3600mAh per brick is optimal usage if you want that your lipos last also. In this graph I actually used 4400mAh per brick in race and it was too much. in cooldown lap voltages went below normal.

    Concluded that 7pcs in paraleel (35Ah) is not enough for 14 laps, so will add one more in parallel. But there is a problem, hobbyking does not have my 7s 5Ah Turningy heavy or in warehouse and ETA is september :( So instead bought 56 pcs of 4Ah samsung 21700 and will build 4 pcs of 7s2p units...

    Zero motor is also only peaks around 50kw. If you want to race 10 or more laps, you have to dial it down to 25kw max with your closed zero motor :(

    Yeah, it seems there is some options somewhere that is ignoring my "User definable motor cutback map" :( Controller should have limiting current from 113 degrees but it gave 100% until 128 degrees when it got current fault (because motor was hot and it was misaligned in that qualification race)
