    Is there a really good reliable Lifepo4 battery available in EU? I'm through beeing ripped of by China. My last battery suppose to be 60Ah capacity, but in reality its 25. It was probably not even lifepo4. The battery is for my e-skooter. Thanks for any reliable tip!

    I got some details on the battery: Battery internal use 13S 20P 2850mah =260 PCS Cell, So each CELL weight is 40g *260 PCS=10.4 kg ( Coupled with BMS system and battery insulation material tape weight ... ) Does this describe a 60Ah 48v battery pack?

    I bought a new lifepo4 battery, its capacity was promised to be 60 Ah. When testing it I was disapointed with its performance. The weight of the battery is 15 kg. My old 40Ah battery is about 20 kg. Is it even possible today to produce a 60 Ah lifepo4 battery pack with a weight of 15 kg?

    Each cell seems ok with about 3.1 to 3.2 volts. So I need a special slow charger? Is there a charger that use 1.2A, or is it a charger that you can set ampere level?

    The signal wires are also tricky. Picture below is the signal wires from the battery. This picture is the ports for the signal wires. So they are not the same connectors, which wire from battery is battery plus?

    Yes amberwolf, this is something completly different. I got a multimeter and checked all cells, they look all ok with about 3.5v. I cannot find any loose cables. I tested with two chargers also. Is it really possible that a lifepo4 battery can fail after 2.5 years? Im a bit depressed now...

    My Lifepo4 40Ah/48V/Bms has worked fine for 2.5 years. But now all of sudden it stops charging after only 3 minutes, even when the battery is empty. Is battery already old and finished, or is it fixable somehow? Any ideas are welcomed. I have tested two chargers, same result :(

    I fixed the problem. It was not the BMS, thank god. It was the wireing only for the charging. Always check the wires first is a good advice :shock:

    I get 50 volts on the BMS, on the charger connectors. But I get nothing on the charger socket. So maybe bms is fine, but maybe a wire is burned between socket and bms. I will test and replace these wires.
