    Wow! Many thanks for the comments and tips guys. The book julian edgar seem good, but it is like impossible to find a real paper version. I think I would try Fluids6.17. If I can do proper set up that will at least give me the best hightop design.

    Yeah, the chargery 16S seem to be a good low cost choice. So, if I don't connect current sense to the unit and use appropriate contactor for high amp, the BMS still work well for HV/LV protection without problem? Ummm! can you give more details. I don't know what you are talking about.
