Is wind resistance really that important on an Ebike?

This is a little off topic, but a few years ago in 2007 (god, I've been lurking around here for TWO YEARS) I posted a few pics of the terrain around Pittsburgh on Endless Sphere. I think you'll enjoy the pics. Just scroll down to the middle of the post...

Is wind resistance really that important on an Ebike?

I'm just doing a little more research so I can ask more intelligent questions! p.s. I don't have a Townie yet. It's just one of the bikes I...

Is wind resistance really that important on an Ebike?

Is it difficult to add linear pull brakes to a bike?

It really doesn't have to be linear pull brakes, just something to stop an ebike bike safely.

Is it difficult to add linear pull brakes to a bike?

I really like some of the Electra bikes out there and I am thinking about "electrafying" one. The problem is that many of the bikes I like only have coaster brakes. Is it difficult to add linear pull brakes to a bicycle that has none?

    randy's latest (mysteriously removed) post...

Randy said earlier - "... I stopped for 20 minutes 1/8 mile from the summit and 3 Marvac Team racers passed me as I was sitting down overlooking the creator..." But in John 1:18, the apostle wrote: “No one has seen God at any time.â€￾ I'm really confused. :?
