New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I still have motor troubles. When I first turn on the bike it runs fine from eco to turbo. After I ride it a bit, if I stop the motor does not assist anymore. If I leave it for a few minutes it assists again but if I stop it does not assist again. Restarting it does not make a difference it needs...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

My motor seems to have developed an issue. During a 30k ride mostly on turbo the motor was performing very well. I kept checking the motor temperature by hand and it barely warmed up. After about 30k, when I left from and standstill the motor made a grinding sound and the power cut. I...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

If course I am installing the bb bracket, with appropriate spacers. I was just glad I found a way to support that bracket. Dunno if it's over the top. The manufacturer has a very beefy bracket to for that mount.

Rod going through the swingarm without interference through the whole stroke. I might have to double up the brackets to prevent flex.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I went back and I say your pics of the other cracked motor. I wonder what exactly causes the motor to crack. 1. In my case, the front non-drive side bottom bracket attachment ears hit the frame. I believe as the motor twists in the bottom bracket it causes the ear to push the motor out and...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I emailed please. They don't sell replacement cases. What's the cheapest source for a barebones motor that has the same case as the 48v/52v motors?

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

The way the suspension is on this bike, the whole bottom bracket is free floating between pivots. I might have figured out a way to support it, but I want to get a new casing.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

My motor casing is starting to develop some cracks. I can't install the big rear bracket because of the suspension I have on my bike. If it breaks, are there any sources for the aluminum case?

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I just finished installing the TSDZ2. Wow I'm really impressed with the motor. In not a big fan of most electric bikes, but this motor desks as natural as Bosch systems. While I wait for the LCD3 and my BMS I want to take it out for a ride tomorrow. What's the voltage cut-off for the vlcd5...

Which LCD3 did you order? Was it specifically for 60V or it's the regular 48V?

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I read this thread a while ago and somewhere I saw mention that the KT-LCD3 will get damaged with the TSDZ2 52V using 14s. I cam't find those details again. What the solution?

Cenverting my mini DH to a torque PAS

I got to test and abuse for a day a haibike sduro hard nine. I absolutely loved how well it integrated with my pedaling on technical mtb trails. Even with hard steep uphills I did not feel the need for assistance past ECO the setting. Now I am really tempted to get an electric bike, but the...
