    I am connecting port first once it is detected i follow the steps of create file, refind then connect. But the problem is i am not able to select controller in software. Now i am going through the sparkfun guide. I hope will find the solution.

    I use prolific pl2303 cable and Also trying both Rx-Tx combinations.

    serial adapter is connected and working properly. Drivers are updated. Serial adapter are connected on COM 3 (By default) same is selected in program. I have downloaded the application from dropbox whether it may lead problem ? shearing the photo of connections.
