TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

First you have to open the display and install the FW with the cables. It will active the bluetooth for future updates using the NRF software. https://github-wiki-see.page/m/OpenSourceEBike/TSDZ2_wiki/wiki/Open-SW102-by-cutting-keypad-base-and-solder-SWD-wires#Open_SW102

Without torque sensor calibration I ride on level 3 of power asist mode (70%) with PWM of 254 90% of the time. The calibration gave me a narrow ADC range from 198 to 280, and still got to 254 PWM easily. So I increased the maximum ADC to 380 and now some effort is required to get to the maximum...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I checked this morning the pwm values during the commute. Urban environment, lots of red lights and stops. With the boost active with 250 factor and 25 step the pwm is 254 from light to light. Is this the reason why the battery consumption is higher than with 1.0.0 version? I changed the step...

Both 1.0.0 and 0.20.1c consume more Wh than marcoq FW. Same route with same 48v batteries, both full (54v) , wife with marcoq and mine with 1.0.0 and now updated to 0.20.1c. Her battery ends up with 51.2 volts and mine 49.1 volts last time I checked them. The field weakening has a high impact...

I tested the 0.20.1c with the SW102 before it was released and it is fully functional. During the tests the display crashed only at the torque sensor option with coast brake. That is why Mbrusa decided move the torque calibration info to its own menu. Rest of the options worked and still work...

First ride with SW102: Awesome!!! Great job Mbrusa and all developers. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: I ride with Power Assist and boost enable and it is fantastic, exactly what I was looking for on an ebike. Smooth but fast acceleration from standstill. Red lights on a hill won't be a problem...
